Refund policy

At Sanjana's Jewel Hub, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags and certificates intact.

  • Custom or personalized jewelry (including engraved or made-to-order pieces) is non-returnable unless defective.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at sanjanasjewelhub@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • A full refund (excluding shipping charges, if any) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • You'll be notified via email once your refund has been processed.

  • If the item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration, we reserve the right to deny the refund

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original piece and place a new order

Important Notes

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring your return — we are not responsible for items lost in transit

Quality Guarantee

Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.
